The story, vision and ambition behind Horizon Dental Lab When I founded Horizon Dental Lab in 2009, I started as a dental technician doing the work myself. As Horizon grew, I was able to build a team around me, personally training technicians and passing on the knowledge and standards I had developed throughout my career. Continuous learning has always been important to me. The dental industry never stands still, and neither can we. Through professional training in the UAE, Germany and Switzerland, I have continued to develop my own knowledge, while making sure Horizon keeps up with new technologies and techniques. For me, that is essential to staying competitive. Our customers should be able to rely on us for consistent quality, but they should also know that we continue to improve. Investing in our people, technology and capabilities is how we maintain that trust. Looking at Horizon today, I am proud of how much we have grown, the quality we deliver and the position we have built in the market. But I also see how much potential there still is. Over the next five years, my ambition is to take Horizon further beyond the GCC. We are already focusing on expansion into Europe, with other international markets to follow. Ultimately, I want Horizon to be recognised as one of the leading dental laboratories, both in the GCC and internationally. After more than 17 years, my mindset remains the same: keep working, keep improving and never let a “no” stop you from moving forward.
