REFUND & REMAKE POLICY 

 

1. Non-Refundable Services 

Due to the custom nature of dental restorations, completed laboratory work is generally non-refundable. 

2. Eligible Remakes 

Remakes may be considered where: 

• Manufacturing defects exist  

• The restoration materially differs from the prescription  

• Laboratory error is confirmed  

3. Exclusions 

Refunds or remakes are not provided for: 

• Preparation errors  

• Impression inaccuracies  

• Occlusal discrepancies from clinical conditions  

• Patient dissatisfaction unrelated to laboratory workmanship  

• Cases altered by third parties  

4. Evaluation Process 

The laboratory reserves the right to inspect returned work before approving any remake or credit.
