Horizon Dental Lab is a dental laboratory based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, providing dental laboratory services to licensed dental professionals and clinics.
2. Professional Use Only
Our services are intended exclusively for:
- Licensed dentists
- Dental clinics
- Healthcare professionals
- Authorized dental organizations
Horizon Dental Lab does not diagnose patients or provide direct clinical dental treatment to the public.
3. Case Submission Responsibility
The prescribing dentist or clinic is solely responsible for:
- Clinical diagnosis
- Treatment planning
- Tooth preparation
- Impression or scan accuracy
- Occlusion verification
- Final restoration fit and insertion
- Patient consent
The laboratory manufactures restorations according to the prescription and information submitted by the prescribing clinician.
4. Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on:
- Case complexity
- Material availability
- Digital workflow requirements
- Courier timelines
- Case revisions
- Incomplete submissions
Rush cases are subject to approval and additional fees may apply.
5. Digital Workflow Disclaimer
For digital cases:
- The clinic is responsible for scan quality and data accuracy.
- File compatibility may vary between systems.
- Horizon Dental Lab is not liable for distortions or inaccuracies originating from third-party scanners or software platforms.
Digital files may be archived internally for quality assurance and recordkeeping purposes.
6. Pricing & Payments
All pricing is subject to change without prior notice unless agreed in writing.
Payment terms:
- Invoices are payable within the agreed credit period of 30 days.
- Late payments may result in suspended services.
- Horizon Dental Lab reserves the right to require advance payment or payment on delivery for overdue accounts.
7. Remakes & Adjustments
Minor chairside adjustments are considered part of standard clinical procedures.
Remakes may be accepted where:
- A manufacturing defect exists
- The restoration materially differs from the approved prescription
Remakes caused by the following may incur charges:
- Poor impressions or scans
- Inadequate preparation
- Prescription changes
- Patient damage or misuse
- Shade changes after approval
The laboratory reserves the right to request photographs, scans, radiographs, or return of the original restoration for evaluation.
8. Warranty Limitation
Warranty coverage applies only to defects in laboratory workmanship or materials.
Warranty exclusions include:
- Trauma or accidents
- Bruxism unless disclosed
- Poor oral hygiene
- Clinical preparation issues
- Improper insertion
- Alterations by third parties
- Normal wear and tear
Maximum liability shall not exceed the original laboratory fee paid.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content including:
- Logos
- Images
- Technical materials
- Product photographs
- Designs
- Text content
are the property of Horizon Dental Lab unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
